Distribution and hosting

The Application is distributed by Apple's App Store: Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Republic of Ireland.

The Application's information is kept on the user's iPhone; the Publisher holds no account. Calls to the artificial intelligence services pass through the Publisher's server (api.lanti.visionpm.fr), hosted by Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France (Paris region), which keeps no text. Answers and quizzes are written, and questions and answers checked, by Mistral AI, a company under French law registered with the Paris RCS under number 952 418 325, 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France, through its European endpoint: the texts are processed in the European Union and the EFTA countries. No other artificial intelligence provider is involved. Usage statistics (audience measurement, can be disabled) are hosted by TelemetryDeck GmbH, Von-der-Tann-Str. 54, 86159 Augsburg, Germany, on servers located in the European Union.

These documents are published at https://api.lanti.visionpm.fr/, by the same server of the Publisher, hosted by Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France.

Intellectual property

The Application and its contents are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the Publisher's authorisation is prohibited, subject to third-party components, used in accordance with their licences and listed in Parent area (Espace parent) › Settings › Credits and licences (synthetic voices "fr_FR-upmc-medium" under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence and "fr_FR-siwis-medium" under the CC BY 4.0 licence, the ONNX Runtime engine and the gruut pronunciation lexicon under the MIT licence, etc.).

The Application and its character (a glowing lantern named "Lanti") are the Publisher's creations, protected by copyright; "Lanti" is the name under which the Publisher publishes them. iPhone, iOS, iCloud and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
