The Application does not answer questions.

Check in Parent area › Settings that sending questions to the artificial intelligence is allowed, then check the Internet connection. Without a connection, or if the service is temporarily unavailable, only the answers already known on the iPhone are available.

I am not happy with an answer.

Open the Questions tab of the Parent area and go to Incidents › Add blocked words: you can add, edit or remove a word, create a topic (20 at most) and enable or disable a topic. Changes apply from the next question onwards; a disabled topic no longer blocks anything.

Lanti's house is asleep and nothing opens.

The day's play time is up. It starts again every night at 2 am; you can also make it longer with + in Parent area › Settings › Cadre de la journée: the house opens again at once. The length advised for your child's age is shown there.

My child has grown up.

Change their year of birth in Parent area › Settings: it is saved immediately, and the following answers adapt to their new age.

What topics can I write challenges about?

Anything you want your child to discover: the family, school, your values, your memories… Parent area › Challenges › My own world, then a planet and "Add". Your challenges stay on your iPhone; you are their author and solely responsible for them.

How do I get more galaxies?

Parent area › Challenges: touch "Get" on a galaxy. It is free, and the whole galaxy joins your child's journey. You can then disable and re-enable it.

Can I open the Parent area with Face ID?

Yes: Parent area › Settings › "Open with Face ID". Enable it only if the iPhone recognises you alone. The code always works.

Where is my voice saved when I read a challenge?

Only on your iPhone. The Application does not send it anywhere and excludes it from backups. "Delete my voice" in the challenge erases it.

How do I erase all the data?

Delete the Application from the iPhone: everything it kept is erased, except the parent code and the "Open with Face ID" choice, which iOS keeps in the iPhone's keychain for the next installation.

I have forgotten my parent code.

On the code screen, touch "Forgotten code?". Face ID (or Touch ID) checks that it really is you, then you choose a new code. If Face ID or Touch ID is not set up, set it up first in the iPhone Settings. Deleting and reinstalling the Application does not change the code: it is kept in the iPhone's keychain.
